May was a great month for cycling.

We had a few rain outs including our spring fling. But we

  • hosted over 75 rides for our members.
  • conducted our Bike to 30 k with approx. 14 new or reengaging members.
  • hosted an information table at the Stormers game.
  • conducted our Smart Cycling course.
  • presented two grants to the county.
  • attended a ribbon cutting for the Warwick EMS e-bike team. This made the evening news.
  • started our Ice Cream rides for this season.

Thank you to all of our Ride Leaders, coordinators, and members for engaging at such a high level.

Our TdRR Jersey has been designed and will be revealed soon. The ride schedule is finalized, and volunteer positions will open soon.

Our grant recipient, The Common Wheel, gave away bikes to the community at their spring fling bike give away.

Our grant recipient, Global Shapers, hosted Ride, Roll & Stroll and a transportation summit.

Covered Bridge Classic generates the funds to run our club and support the grant program. We will host on August 18th.

  • Registration is approaching 400, with an expected to be over 1200.
  • CBC volunteer positions are posted. We have approx. 50 open positions for dates before, the day of, and the day after. The most significant need is Road Marking, SAG, and to staff the Manheim Central Middle School rest stop. Follow this link for more information. CBC Volunteering

Please sign up to support the event. Some venues are finding it hard to continue. The Chocolate Tour is not being hosted this year and the final Farm to Fork Fondo is scheduled for July.

I hope to see you on the roads in June.

Thanks for being such a great community,

Have Fun, Be Safe,
